After fifteen years in the jewelry business, I always thought "display" simply meant arranging things beautifully.
It wasn't until I encountered the FANXI X-Series that I realized — the essence of display is not just "arranging," but "presenting."
How long has it been since you noticed your client's expression the moment they receive a piece of jewelry in your store?
We used traditional velvet trays. Jewelry sat behind counter glass; clients pointed from across the display. Even when取出, it went onto a palm — the fear of dropping it, fingerprints on the surface, several pieces jumbled together. Every detail was silently eroding the client's impression.
I had been searching for a better way. Then the FANXI X-Series appeared.
The silver aluminum shell with horizontal grooves looks like a premium suitcase — full of presence. Placed in the store, it isn't an accessory but the main visual focal point. Clients notice it the moment they walk in and can't help asking, "What is that?"
And when you press the lock and slowly open the lid, revealing the velvet interior and neatly arranged jewelry — that involuntary "wow" is something almost every client expresses.
This is the experience FANXI delivers: opening is the ritual.
What moved me most is the drawer-style trays.
In the past, showing a piece meant picking it out, placing it on velvet, sliding it across — cautious, tense. Now, the X-Series trays pull out layer by layer. I talk while sliding the first drawer toward her; after she finishes, I pull out the second, then the third — the whole process flows like water.
Once, after looking through three drawers, a VIP client smiled and said: "This doesn't feel like shopping. It feels like unwrapping a gift."
I suddenly realized — this is what a brand should feel like.
The rolling model is my travel essential.
Last year I flew to a European jewelry exhibition, and the X-Series accompanied me through over a dozen flight segments. Every bump on every conveyor belt made my heart tighten. But opening the case, every piece was safe — rings in their slots, necklaces flat in grooves, earrings unmoved.
In that moment, I was certain: the X-Series isn't just a tool — it's insurance.
At the exhibition, an Italian buyer told me: "Even your transport case is this refined — your pieces must be equally refined."
A single case had become the brand's walking billboard.
